Cowboy chow and live entertainment
Though this is not by any means the only place in the area specializing in steaks and barbecue, the food is done well here - and well done, if you prefer. The staff is friendly and dining here feels like stepping into an old Gunsmoke episode. As you would expect, this spot is designed to resemble a Wild West saloon. Full bar service is available. On weekends, the live music will set your toes to tappin'. Steaks, prime rib and barbecue dinners are simple but satisfying.

A short spring-break vacation to Northern Arizona. Three families, kids K-12, one grandmother. Some like to hike, some prefer shopping; the plan was leaning toward the former, and the actual trip was even tougher on the legs than planned.

From Sedona, Arizona, you'll visit the magnificent Grand Canyon before heading west to Southern California. A most excellent road trip!

This was by far the worst meal I have ever paid for. All we got was a dollop of watery powdered mash potato, an undercooked (pink in the middle) chicken leg, a few pieces of raw broccoli and one slice of raddish.
Deplorable.
