London

10 days
London
By Going Places user
Going to explore London! And the quieter Cambridge area. Then Liverpool to check out the city that created the Beatles. And I'll finish it up with a 3-day return visit to Paris! Yep, it's gonna be a great vacation!

Trip Notes
Will probably fly into Liverpool, rent a car, then drive to Cambridge, then London. Decide if I want to fly from London to Paris or take a ferry or Eurostar.

Day 1
Can't go to Liverpool without jumping aboard the Magical Mystery Tour! Then head to one of John Lennon's favorite pubs & feel the music fill me (along with some beers :>)
Day 2
Shopping Day...everyone back home is gonna expect Beatle souvenirs here!
Day 3
It's a 3 1/2 hour drive to Cambridge, and I want to find a hotel there with a garden setting...a nice change from the immersion of BeatleMania.
Day 5
It's 3 1/2 hours from Cambridge to London, so I'll just enjoy the views & stop on my whimsy.
Day 8
Take the 2 1/2 ride from London to Paris via Eurostar.
Day 9
Off to Paris for some romance & Parisian flavor!
Day 10
Time to head home :<((( But I'll take an evening flight, sleep on the plane, so I can still get in some exploring in Paris!
