Fun in the sun and relaxation, parks and nature in Florida's Keys. Some fishing as an option. If you have more time, I would recommend spending another day in Key Largo.
Don't bother with packing/repacking your suitcase for each island. Stay in one hotel on Marathon & just drive back to your hotel in the evenings. It'll be less than 1/2 hr drive in most cases.
