Cooperstown, New York Getaway
By BoviliMr5

I would like to visit Cooperstown, NY. I have relatives there that I have not been able to visit for over seven years. I would love to stay at the Otesaga Hotel. I would also love to take my father golfing at the fabulous Leatherstoking golf course which is adjacent to the hotel and owned by the same company. It would be great to take the family to the hotel to eat and enjoy the wonderful view of Otsego Lake with a tour guided boat ride (this lake is sometimes referred to as Glimmerglass Lake). I would also love to take the family to nearby Howes Caverns to enjoy their underground bat caverns of beautiful stalactites and stalagmites.

Just as all of California isn't solely about San Francisco, New York has other worthy cities to visit besides New York City. This 12-Day trip will take you through 7 other cities: Albany, Buffalo, Cooperstown, Jamiestown, Rochester, Troy, and Watertown.

So beautiful! I am seriously in love with this place. I might want to live here when i grow up. I love how it is so rural with so many farms an animals. So much sun and grassy space! Cute little family stores, no chain stores like MCDONALDS.
