This is a great trip for young couples or a group of friends who want to be surrounded by memorials & museums, but don't necessarily want to spend their time in them. Rather, this itinerary is filled with... PARTIES! Nightclubs, jazz lounges, and special events like the DC Carribean Carnival, which has the parade on 6-23 and the Savannah Concert on 6-24-07.
